Back in 2011 there was movie that released starring Bradley cooper called Limitless.

The movie particularly fascinated me with an out of the box script and the movie itself was a huge success.

The entire movie was symbolic in nature.

Bradley was a writer who lacked motivation. He was in a mess, his girlfriend had left him, he was addicted to alcohol, his apartment was a mess, he was a total loser.



Nothing was going right in his life until one day he was introduced to a magic pill by his ex brother in law who was a drug dealer.

Having the drug changed him completely. He got back his motivation, he could think clearly, the zeal was back in him to achieve great things.

He began excelling in every aspect of life and even got his girlfriend back.

What If I told you there was a magic pill like that? And no it’s not any psychedelic drugs , the real pill is called working out.

Now replace the pill with workout, without it, you have no motivation, nothing works well in your life, you get fat and life does not excite you anymore. Your girlfriend will leave you, you’ll get even more depressed and give into drugs for instant gratification.

Exercising can turn things around for you. It’s a fact.

When you exercise, you are focused to achieve the goals you have, you are more focused and disciplined in everything that you do.

You start eating healthy, your mind is sharp, your body is strong.
You become a fascinating and charming personality influencing and inspiring everyone around you.

Working out can truly make you limitless. Don’t take my word for it, try it.
