The 21st century has offered a plethora of products in the market.
The food industry has evolved to such an extent today that one ingredient of food is sold by 10 companies with different names and different byproducts in them.
It has become harder in today’s day and age to determine which of these food items are actually reliable.
Moreover the common man today is busy with his work and the food companies use this to their advantage.
They trick the common man with false marketing labels and advertisements.
They know that he does not have time to do the research or investigate that the food they are selling is actually good for him or not.
So they take you for a ride and sell you sub standard products or falsely labelled products claiming that they are healthy for you.
Take these so-called health drinks from major brands for example.
When I was growing up the advertisements portrayed a young child drinking these and excelling on the track field.
His mother made him this drink and she was proud of her kids achievements.
Look at the clever marketing techniques of these companies.
Excessive sugar makes children groggy and cranky.
These drinks are full of sugar. Look at the label behind it and you will know that majority of the ingredient inside is sugar.
When did sugar become a healthy component for the body?
When did it make someone excel in sports or exams?
Is there any scientific study done on this?
These companies (Sugar daddy’s) got away with these advertisements and made billions in profit.
All at the cost of young children’s health.
Excessive sugar makes children groggy and cranky.
They can’t sleep well in the night and won’t be able to wake on time for school.
The parents then torture the children to perform better without even realizing that the root cause of the Childs incompetence is the sugar they are feeding him.
So stop following the rat race. There are people like me who realize these truth’s and spread awareness.
It is time that we woke up from our sleep.
Always read the label behind the product to know it’s ingredients.
Any food with more than 15 grams of sugar per serving is just going to transform into fat in your system.
The lesser the ingredient list the better the food.
Avoid food with preservatives, vegetable oils and emulsifiers at all cost.
India is ranked 2nd in diabetes today all because of false marketing and sub standard products.
We have been lied to for very long. It’s time to know the truth.
It is time for every man to truly be independent.
