This is the shittiest advice I have heard about food and nutrition for normal people.

Doctors prescribe this diet plan only to specific patients who are suffering from bowel diseases but some brainless ignorant fools have believed that this advice is universal.

eating every two hours or eating in instalments is the worst thing you can do for your body. Your body will continuously spike up insulin production and keep your blood sugar high.

Instead of performing other important functions your body will constantly be busy digesting food making you less focused and lethargic.

Moreover if you continue to do this for a longer period you will soon end up pre diabetic as your blood sugar is always going to stay high.

So don’t ruin your body like this, rather eat two good meals which are high in protein, that way you won’t feel hungry sooner and will have energy throughout the day.

Don’t be a educated fool.
